Fight against fascism and learn to knit a hat at the same time! You should already know how to cast-on, knit and purl in order to be a success in this class. *If you do not already know how to knit, please call us at 410-662-9276 to schedule a private lesson with one of our instructors or sign up for one of our Learn to Knit classes. You will learn to knit in the round, use stitch markers, make decreases and use DPNS. Materials can be purchased before class with a 10% class discount. You will need 100g of worsted or bulky weight red yarn, size US 8/5mm 16" circs and matching DPNs for worsted weight yarn and US10/6mm or 10.5/6.5mm 16" circs and matching DPNs for bulky yarn, stitch markers and a tapestry needle. Students should already be comfortable casting on, knitting, purling, and binding off.
