Ever want to make a pattern but it's not in your size? Or not in the weight yarn you want to use? Learning to find your gauge in knitting OR crochet can help you modify any pattern to suit your specific needs! Let Melissa show you how to become a "Mod Master" in this fun two hour class. HOMEWORK/Materials: You will need to make a 8" x 8" swatch in stockinette (do not add any kind of border) or in single crochet made in any weight yarn with knitting needles or a crochet hook that gives you a fabric that you like DO NOT bind off your swatch instead slip the live stitches onto a piece of waste yarn. Bring to class your swatch and the yarn with the needles/hook that you used to make it, some scrap paper, a pen or pencil, gauge square/measuring tape, and a calculator.
